I recently moved to an apartment complex close by to this gas station about a block away. I've stopped by a few times to buy things like gas/food/beer etc. On the 2nd time stopping by, I asked what time they close and a different attendant said 10pm. So today was my 3rd time stopping by and this experience made me want to avoid this location at all cost. I pulled up on a Monday 9:15 PM, parked see the OPEN sign ON. Great! I then pulled the handle to open the door and it was locked to my surprise even though the OPEN sign was on. Then to my relief(or so I thought) an attendant opened the door and said "Are you OK?" Surprised with that question I say "Yea.." Before I could ask if I may come in to purchase something he angrily waved his hand shooing me away saying "GO" and slammed the door in my face and walked away. Didn't say 'Sorry we're closed' nothing, and he looked ANGRY like I'm an inconvenience to him. I stood there waiting for him. Maybe he's using the rest room and he really need to go. Then he passed by after 10 min of me waiting and I knocked and with that angry look he finally mouthed and signed 'we're closed'. Then I pointed at the OPEN sign and I said quite loudly since we're talking over the glass door "If you're closed, turn off your sign" then he slowly walked towards the OPEN sign and turned it off all the while giving me that look like he wants to punch me. Now, I'm usually not the type that want to complain about things, since I also work at customer service, but slam the door to my face while shooing me away like I'm a dog, and make me wait 10 min? There's something wrong there don't you think? A simple "Sorry we're closed" would make me happy, or just don't open the door. Why even open it and ask me Are you OK if you're closed??Anyways, I hope that guy learns general customer service and not make paying customers feel unwelcome. I've also contacted Chevron corporate about this matter.

This has station has fancy new pumps that blast ads in your face at high volume the whole time you're paying for and pumping gas with no option to reduce volume. Definitely not coming back.

This is one of the worst Chevron's I've used. I stop there about twice a month. The printers are always out of paper, so no receipt. The digital screens sometimes don't work, so I have to push my motorcycle to another pump. the paper towels are often gone, and good luck w/ the window squeegees. Going inside to request a receipt is usually met with gruff credulity. To top it off they consistently have the highest prices around. So why do keep stopping here? Its right on the way too and from work and my motorcycle only has a 1.5 gallon tank. I'm going to have to make a point of stopping at a less convenient station... bleh :(
