From the moment I dropped in last holiday season to now as a full time member, the staff and members of 802 Crossfit have truly become like my extended family. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. They are passionate about you reaching your fitness goals!

Crossfit is my home away from home! I had let myself go and stopped exercising. I was craving something new to get me back into the game and keep me motivated. I got that and so much more!!! 802 is more than a gym, it is a family. From the first meeting with the coaches I felt at ease and excited, not nervous like I expected to! Everyone in the community is extremely accepting and they all do everything in their power to motivate you and and help you in anyway necessary. It doesn't matter how old you are or what kind of shape you are in, this box is where you belong and you will be accepted with open arms.

You are getting so much more than just a work out when you go to 802CF. I have met such wonderful people and it has gotten me in the best shape of my life. Everyone is always so encouraging. Coaches always give you precise and motivating tips to help you get stronger. My kids love going there as well.

The staff is a hard working wonderful crew who cares about your individual fitness. The workouts are fun and creative!

Any Crossfit affiliate is only as good as it's coaches.   802CF owners and coaches are exceptional!  Programming is challenging, but scalable; always a focus on form and safety. Facility is clean and well-equipped. Plenty of open space to mobilize or socialize without interfering with classes.  A fun, friendly, welcoming community.  Regardless of your fitness level, do not be intimidated -- check it out!
