This dealership is appalling. They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to selling you a car, but don't expect to hear back about any maintenance. I've tried to use an additional warranty I purchased through them for multiple issues. They either don't return my calls, or they make it very difficult to have any work done. (A super simple seat repair was going to take at least three visits.) 

To add insult to injury, my lease is almost over, and I'm now getting emails twice a week and calls every other week about buying or leasing another car from them. Apparently they have time to make new sales, but they don't have time service products they've already sold. I find this completely unprofessional, and bordering on sleazy.

I'm typically not a fan of dealerships, but 802 Honda was great to deal with!  Carol went above and beyond for me.  She even picked me up from the car rental place!  I was very pleased with the e-price of the used vehicle.  She took a lot of time with me showing me the features of the car.  It was gassed up and super clean!  I would highly recommend them!

If you're looking for exceptional customer service, 802 Honda is the place to visit! I can't say enough wonderful things about "Dan" in the service department. This was our first time doing business with 802 Honda, but it won't be the last! Sometimes if you don't purchase your vehicle from  the dealer, they don't treat you as well as their "new car" customers. This was not the case with Dan. He was so courteous, honest, respectful, and kind. Due to a miscommunication, (not of his doing) there was no charge for the work done on my daughters Honda Civic! Please don't fear dealer labor and service rates with 802 Honda. You won't be disappointed!  They are amazing! Thank you again, Dan!🤗

After many frustrating experiences, as I was just about to give up, I gave 802 Honda a try, and glad I did. I was beginning to think that all the dealerships were going to give me the same song and dance. Not 802 Honda. Christine was my contact. We did a lot of our transacting over the phone. I told her what I needed for a price and she worked hard to get it, staying in touch with  me all the while. It was like a breath of fresh air. Even though they were just under and hour from my home, it was more than worth it.
