We brought our car here and they lost our paperwork so no work was done. We dropped it off again to get the work done after they ordered the parts and said it would be done that day, it wasn’t... we called to check the status of the vehicle and they hung up on us. After we waited four days it cost an arm and a leg while we could have had the work done cheaper and on time somewhere else. So not worth it...

Great experience! Initially I wasn't planning on purchasing a new vehicle until June or July, but I started looking around in March and April. I test drove the Malibu and fell in love. John and Kyle went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. They established a great deal for me and I couldn't be happier. The whole team at McMahon Chevrolet are very friendly from the moment you walk in the front door and make you feel like your business matters. Very impressed with the new facility.

I drove cross country from CO to visit family and friends and knew I would need some service done.  While in Stowe I had an issue with my battery and my brakes were making a noise.  I brought my Tundra to McMahon and Chris was on it first thing in the morning took all my info and requests for service. he called me a few hours later and I was expecting to hear that I needed new calipers or something and quite the opposite.  He said the brake noise was coming from a bent spring that need to be replaced and that my pads had more than 75% left and no need to replace! I have had some bad experiences with my local (Big O in Vail, CO) where they tell you that you need something and they either don't complete it or you didn't really need it in the first place.  Good to know there are great service centers here in my home state of VT!

Went in for my Silverado's 35k maintenance, oil change, inspection & winter tire swap over, readying it for winter. Was told it "wouldn't take long." More than three hours later I walk out of there with a 600$ bill. I was never offered a loaner, nor a reason why things were taking so long.
Never again.
