I really like this place a lot! It does have some of its unique pastry selection, but a good majority of the items are like others you'll find in similar establishments. I do love the fresh warm bread that they bring out every so often and I enjoy the salted iced coffee. I like this location in particular because you avoid some of the craziness that you'll experience in the Chinatown location. If you want to avoid the lines (or lack of) and someone swiping your pastry before you can grab it, just hit up this location if you're already in the area. There's plenty of space inside the bakery to enjoy your fresh pastries and delicious coffee, and there's also lots of parking. It's definitely a more relaxed location. Don't get me wrong, they're still popular and it does get busy, but it's an organized kind of busy.

YES-FINALLY there's a good bakery in Sugar Land. I like the milk toast (soft gooey white bread goodness) the milk buns, (soft brioche like bread with a pudding center) and anything topped with cheese. 85 is a great place to grab a coffee/tea and a pastry with girlfriends. 85 is a legit french Taiwanese bakery with fresh, buttery breads and cakes. Obvs, I'm happy to have 85 in my neighborhood. Welcome:)

I liked the place, the vibe and of course various delectables. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of room in there, especially if you wanted to sit down to eat. There were quite a few people there, but not too crazy, we still couldn't get a seat and had to wait until someone left. I will definitely be back there to try their other cakes and breads. Maybe next time it will be to go.

Friendly staff. Desserts, drinks, and bread are delicious! Even though the location is smaller compared to Bellaire, I feel like it's better since there's usually a super long line outside of the store.

Food is good, different than what I am accustomed to so it was a nice excursion for the family. Line is long (again, food is good, in high demand) and dining in is very limited.
