The staff here has always been really nice to me. I'm giving this place 3 stars because last time I went through the drive through I saw about 15-20 cockroaches climbing around by the storage/delivery door. Ewwwwww!

Two negative experiences in the last two weeks... first was a mobile order that took 25 minutes. When I asked about it after 10 minutes (which is what the app says to do since the ETA is 3-7min) the manager just stared and said "it's coming wait at the bar". Second experience was ordering an iced cafe latte and not having any espresso in the drink. Went back to get it fixed, no apology, and the remake was the exact same (obviously showing the barista was making it incorrectly). I've been purchasing from this location for years and this is the first time I've ever had negative experiences from here. Dissapointed.

Sept30.17 11:30 am. Super busy. Nice & small location. Not much seating. Parking lot is a hassle. Drive through line was super long. Went inside still waited a while for my simple ice coffee black because employees are too busy focusing on drive thru. They definetly need more than one Barista at this location. At other locations cashier's prepare ice coffee's. They should do the same here. Non friendly environment, "you hold the door open for people and not a simple thank you."

Rude & not very efficient. I placed a mobile order and wait what felt like forever, it wasn’t however it was between 26mins to 32mins. Help me understand what is the point of doing the mobile order if I could have gotten my order faster if I placed it when I got to the store. I had two drinks in my order, there was a 8 minute delay in getting my 2nd drink. While I was waiting for the 2nd drink I heard what I believed to be the manager cussing about a customer telling her she is there to pick up a mobile order. FYI, the app tells customers to do that. Anyway, after I got to the 25 minutes waiting point I spoke with an barista about my 2nd drink, he said it’s coming, and I replied I’ve been waiting 20 minutes. He goes “oh you been waiting 20 minutes” then turned his back. He had so much sass, I know if I spoke to his manager she would have just patted him on the back. Since it seems the staff believe their customers are unreasonable.

Typical Starbucks. However, they are a little more friendly than most and my mobile orders are always ready on time. Go to Starbucks in Sugarland.
