Great place to eat despite HORRIBLE management!!! I had an interview, orientation, and started work the same day. I understand the multitude of people that show at this location, so a break after 6+ hours of work, although legally required after 4+ hours, may not be possible in such a fast pace environment. But when I was racially insulted by a customer, I reported the incident to my immediate manger, Reggie the "general" manager",and asked for a two minute breather break to calm my nerves and continue working. I was given the option of having no break or leaving... This same manger, Reggie, FIRED a young lady after she repeatedly reported a sexual assault by another manger at this location. No breaks, belittlement of employees, sexual assults going ignored. I would give this place negative stars if I could! And by the way, there are a wide array of OSHA violations going on in the kitchen. Entire time I handled food I never had ANY food handler certification, which is required by law for all persons handling food to take. 
STAY AWAY!!!!

I've had breakfasts and lunches at this place many times. The staff at this store is helpful and enthusiastic despite the fact that the waiting time could be extended to 20 minutes or longer sometimes. I suggest using "Rapid Pickup" on Panera's mobile app before coming in so that your waiting time could be reduced significantly.

Great food with consistent menu compared to the other locations. Service is good and restaurant is always very clean. I used their delivery once as well and had a good experience

Always good food. I love the You-Pick-Two options and enjoyed new salad creations and soup/sandwich (Panera keeps concocting tasty & interesting meals). Bagels & pastries are always enjoyable. Now, they have 6 different iced tea flavors. They also have "Fast Lane Kiosks" if you wish to place your order using iPad tablets, which are fun to use. Dining room is clean and has ample seating. Restrooms are clean. It can get really crowded during busy hours that it can be hard to find a parking space. It's refreshing to see the manager (Reginald) who is on the floor helping out everywhere. No wonder things are running smoothly and nicely in this Panera location. Thank you for serving us well!

1st time at this store.  My panini was a bit too hard. My turkey chili was good.
Will definitely go back, though. We all deserve more chances.
