Story

9Round™ is an innovative workout that incorporates boxing and kickboxing in a way everyone can enjoy while getting a great workout. You do not need any sort of boxing experience to become a 9Round member as the workout caters to all different levels of fitness. It grows with you!

NO CLASS TIMES
The convenience of a circuit style workout allows you to walk in the door and start your workout whenever you get there. New workout sessions begin every 3 minutes.

FUN, FAST PACED
This workout is fast and fun which will keep your interest. With 9 different stations in 30 minutes, you will never get bored. It will be over before you know it.

I tried my first class last night as a trial and it was tough but a good kind of tough. John was very helpful going through the rounds and these were very different from what I am used to. I highly recommend 9Round in Westminster. Very welcoming, helpful and professional! I also loved that there was an instructor on the floor telling everyone to keep going and that you were doing a good job. Very encouraging and comforting.

I had my first workout at 9 round today , it was so awesome ! First off, I was greeted by Chantal, one of the owners ; and she was extremely welcoming and kind. Next, John the other owner helped me with my paperwork , and he was very nice as well. Chantal helped me step by step through a very tough, but amazing workout ; and before I knew it I had done 9 rounds and was wiped out! She was great with showing me how to do each round, and was so encouraging throughout the whole thing. If you are looking to get a good workout for your money, i would highly recommend you go to this gym!

What a cool place and great people! The gym is attractive and clean with 9 different stations where members come in at their convenience to get their half hour workout in. I found the trainers to be very attentive and motivating. Anyone who thinks a half hour workout can't be effective is dead wrong when you see the sweat of absolutely everybody when they're done! Two thumbs up.

I absolutely love going here and for the first time ever, I look forward to going to the gym. I was nervous to go for the first time and I was quickly put at ease by the awesome trainers. It is a very comfortable place to workout and I never feel judged. You also can't beat being able to show up and workout on your schedule and not wait for specific class times. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

i suffer extreme anxiety. i took a big step, swallowed my pride, and nervously went and tried 9round fitness. best choice I think I've ever made. the owners/trainers have so much knowledge, and they for sure tell you the most important part of the workouts. teach you step by step, and encourage to take it at your own pace-never any pressure. this is a place that I'll be going to for the next year!
