Is the newest addition to the greater Gardner area!
Located in the same parking lot as Fitness Concepts, CrossFit 696 adds a new type of a fitness workout to your regimen.
"Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movements performed at High Intensity." That is exactly what CrossFit is about and what our gym is about. If you love functional movements, such as burpees, pull ups, pushups, and much more, then CrossFit could be for you. But its not all body weight. CrossFit incorporates barbells, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, jump ropes and much more. We are not all about getting huge with muscle mass, its all about being functional, being able to move with efficiency and safety first. Our goal is to make sure everyone does CrossFit safely and efficiently. If your new to CrossFit, our coaches will work with you on the basic movements, to ensure they can be done safely before we add weight to them. Scaled exercises are ALWAYS excepted, because we accept ALL ability levels, new, veteran, young, older, anybody and everybody is welcome! Come join our us for some fun times, great memories, fun workouts, and a community of people worth joining!

I have been going to gyms and trying out various exercise routines for the past 15 years and I can easily say that nothing is as rewarding, enjoyable, flexible, and produces greater results than CrossFit 696. I have been going to 696 off and on since they opened, and workouts still seem fresh and enjoyable to this day. The staff is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about their members and actively seeks to improve the overall well being of anyone who walks through the door. The community formed among its members is something that you will not find with any other form of fitness. 696 also has an "On-ramp" program for beginners, which teaches them the basics before jumping into Workouts with experienced members, so that no one ever feels like they are in over their head. 

If you are looking for a gym with an incredible staff, amazing community, and proven results; you will be hard pressed to find better than CrossFit 696.

I have been going to Crossfit696 for 10 months... This place, these people, this environment, has changed my life.  We are a family and there's no better feeling!  Walking into our box, you know you're going to get the best workout around and be coached by the best people around.  People who care with all their heart.  People who want others to succeed.  People who will push you past any limits you've set for yourself.  I have made so many new friends at 696 and I'm so thankful and blessed to have them in my life.

I joined CrossFit 696 about 7 months ago.  I took the leap because I wanted to be challenged.  I wanted to be pushed.  I wanted to get stronger both physically and mentally.  To do things I've never thought I could do.  To belong to a community that is right there with you every step of the way.  A community that supports you.  Encourages you.  A community that celebrates your achievements almost more than you do.  CrossFit 696 is that community.  It has become my second family.  Taking that leap was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

I have always been the type of women who made the losing weight as my New Years resolution. After many years of failing I got introduced to CrossFit 696 in  August after leaving that very first work out I initially feel in love with the gym, coaches and the athletes there. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and inspiring. I completely got addicted and saw how these athletes and coaches started becoming friends and be more like family. Every accomplishment you make big or small is a huge and everyone is supportive.
The coaches are so knowledgeable helpful and will be there for you any time of the day for help or encouragement. I absolutely love how the crossfit 696 family all stay and cheer the last person completing the work out of the day (wod). I honestly can't imagine my life now with out these people and my box I wear all my CrossFit696 gear proud and always ask friends to come check out a class.

So grateful to be part of this amazing community. I love everything about it, how working out with my 696 family is the best part of my day, the warmth and support you receive from your coaches and teammates, love the energy during and after the workouts. Crossfit 696 has definitely become the best thing in my life for the past year and counting.
