I am so glad I signed up. I have been going for about 2 weeks and I love it. I get an entire workout in about 30 minutes. The trainers are awesome and really help you stay motivated. They work with you so you know how to do the exercise and make sure you're doing it correctly. I hated the gym. It's small and personal at 9round. Everyone that's there is encouraging and you don't feel out of place or self conscious. I highly recommend signing up it you hate going to the gym and want something high energy and fun in your workout.

rounds is where it's at!!! Everytime I walk in I get called by my name, the trainers are there to help you the whole time, and push you heck even Rods pretty cool in my book, I'm kidding Rods awesome !I've been with them for about 3 months and I'm down 30 pounds 40 year old male able to lose 30 pounds. If I can do it you can do it,come to 9 rounds and knock it out. Thanks 9 Rounds, Da Bat!!

Great for people who have busy schedules and don't have time to spend hours in a gym weekly to get a good workout.
