Owned by registered nurse (retired) and licensed massage therapists, Nancy Brewington, a session with Nancy will not only make you feel relaxed, but improve your entire well being. Combining her knowledge of traditional medicine with the alternative practices of massage therapy, Nancy and her staff of highly trained massage therapists and healthcare professions will tailor their care to your individual health and healing needs. Believing that we are composed of three parts, Mind, Body, and Spirit, during each session Nancy will work to bring harmony and balance to these three. With passion and a healing touch, some of the services that you can except to receive at Hands N Harmony include:

Swedish Massage: The Swedish massage is used to promote relaxation and ease the tension of everyday life. Using rhythmic motions and expertly applied pressure, blood circulation, which is important for carrying nutrients and oxygen to other parts of your body, will improve, relieving muscle cramps and leaving you feeling invigorated.

Hot Stones: Placed during the Swedish massage, hot stones enhance treatment with gentle heat. Helping to warm up tight muscles, hot stone can be deeply relaxing and allow the therapist to loosen a muscle more quickly.

Reiki: Reiki massages involve a transfer of energy from practitioner (Nancy) to patient. Utilizing special techniques to promote balance in natural life forces, Reiki is hands-on holistic healing that touches mind, body, and spirit.

Massage Service for Veterans: Hands N Harmony is proud to have joined with Hands for Heroes ™ to provide massage therapy on a no fee basis to Wounded Warriors who served our country. After assessing how many sessions per month and what types of sessions would be most beneficial, the stress of duty and physical issues that come with being a veteran will soon diminish. In addition to helping those who served in the military (active, retired or veterans) spouses of veterans will receive 10% off any service. Our staff is determined to help those who help us.

Sports Massage /Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage: Sports massages are customized to the athlete’s needs. Deep tissue neuromuscular massage is a type of massage that targets specific trouble areas, penetrating deeper into the structure of the muscle and fascia to provide maximum relief and treatment for patients. These sessions can improve mobility and performance, as well as reduce post-exercise muscle pain.

Iconic Foot Detox - Ionic cleansing, or ionic foot bath, purports to remove toxins and other impurities in your body through the soles of your feet.
