When I'm feeling tense and stressed I can always count on a class here to relieve all of that. Everyone's really friendly and it doesn't matter how experienced a yogi you are as there is a class for every level. Yoga Sculpt is one of my faves and is a great workout.

I love the overall vibe, the high level of instruction of each teacher, the inclusiveness, the professional and loving environment, the design, the space, the cleanliness. The bathroom/shower and parking situations are good too. :) Thank you. You're doing great things.

This studio of where the instructors may help you with form and technique during class. For the Yoga go-er, who would like a more true Yoga experience the classes and some teachers are very good, yet. Its not true to form. The term, from what I know Yoga to be is a state of mind. Some classes are very good true to the form of Yoga. However some teachers play during their class pop music. It maybe trendy and comfortable for the class and themselves. This is LA, its a city with a lot of culture. Its VERY good membership for your money. VERY good with the ambiance and the building how all the rooms are very nurturing and 'Homey'. Very good classes.

After trying Bikram Yoga, I wanted to try Core power yoga since I enjoy ab and core work out. My first time I experience -Friendly staff, great core ab work out with C2 before or after work, showers included, parking is easy but have to pay about $1-3 depending how long you stay, and awesome feeling after you leave. :) I love this place. It really relaxes me and give me energy throughout the day. Classroom size are a lot better in the mornings than in the evenings! Wish there was a location in Pasadena! Open one up! I'd be there.
