I would highly recommend 9 Round! The workouts fit conveniently into hectic schedules, and I always leave there feeling better than when I arrived.

Intense 30 minute workout!  This is the perfect place for someone like me who finds every known reason not get to a traditional fitness place.  Having a trainer there to help and drive you throughout the workout makes all the difference between a good workout and a great one.  Trainers Eric and Mitch are excellent .... but Sara's energy and drive is infectious .... you better tighten your gloves and keep up.... or else!

round is the best!! I'm a new member, so I've only had a couple workouts, but I'm looking forward to going as much as I can. The trainers, Eric and Mitch, have been great! I like how they encourage me to push as well as pace myself during the workouts. This beats doing 30 minutes on an elliptical machine any day. I feel like I've found what I needed to finally get these extra pounds off and get back in overall shape.
