Very nice place. Good vibe, great staff, great instructor and awesome equipment. The only thing I think is overboard is the pricing.. It's $20 for a single session , some other discounts of you buy more and then an intro $99 per month flat...BUT if you get the punch card they expire! Nothing you actually buy should expire.. Coupons, yes.. Bought sessions..NO.

The staff do a great job making this a great workout. Classes are fun, music is constantly changing and you are taken care of - shoes, towels, showers, water, etc.

Clean fun and everything taken care of for u , just show up ready for a great workout. Scented towels at the end are a wonderful touch

Just did my free ride, and loved it. They have a friendly staff member there to greet you to help you get all set up on your bike. You get free shoe rentals and a free water bottle. They have lockers and bathrooms/showers with all the emminities (towels, deodorant, mouth wash, soap, hair ties, facial cleanser, etc.) you could ever want. The 50 minute class flew by. The stadium set up and dark lighting were great, and the music was the best at any class I've been to. You can spin at your own pace, and they occasionally flash a leaderboard so you can compare how you are doing with others. They also had each half of the room race each other. They have a bar so you can do a bit of upper body work on your bike too. The instructor was encouraging and pushed you as well. When we finished there were lavendar soaked towels waiting. We did the happy hour ride so there was also beer/wine and some snacks too. You can buy packages, but at 150 a month for unlimited rides, probably too expensive for me right now. But go take your free ride and see for yourself! They email you your stats afterwards and I burned a ton of calories (over 600).

Super fun, engaging staff, all the amenities thought of, good workout (and it goes by faster than a hard workout normally would!)
