Reviews
Previous owner seemed to care for the facility more. New owners went and changed things, mostly, imo, for more profit. I preferred the white agitation washers that were about half and half in the place, along with the silver upright "tumbler" washing machines (which don't wash your clothes nearly as effectively). Now the new ownership has removed most of the white washers in favor of these new silver ones. I still go here because it's close, but I am looking for another place.

Lexia. The A-1 Coin Laundry does not use cards at all, it uses quarters only! I believe your review was about another laundromat. Look at the address and you will find that. Thanks!

I didn't really like this place. I had to purchase a card to wash my clothes and since I don't really wash my clothes at the laundrymat, I'm going to say i spent about $10 and I still had $6 on the card but I could not get my cash back. And when i asked if i could get my cash back the lady was explaining it to me like if I was a little kid.

In general, a laundromat is not where you want to be, to begin with. I'm currently receiving horrible service on a brand new washer I bought from Homedepot that worked on installation but does not now. Anyhow, that's a different review. This is how I found myself at a laundromat on a Sunday night (well, not completely but in large part). The place is crowded and small. It stinks like... I don't know. Moldy onions? The other laundromat I used to go to before I was fortunate enough to have my own washer used cards you put money on to pay for the machines. You know, like it wasn't 1985 anymore. Here you gotta lug around 20 bucks worth of quarters. Sad thing is, I think I'm going back this weekend...
