This is true that someone seems to always be here if you need assistance but the place needs a definite makeover/remodel. There is an abundance in washing machines and dryers but almost half are broken. The ones that do work, some work good while others seem to be not working properly. For instance today I used one of the $2.50 machines and it never spun my clothes to dry and the attendant said my clothes were too heavy...1pair of jeans, 1 towel, 5 undergarments, 1 pair of shorts and 1 shirt is not heavy or too much for a properly working machine. The trashcans in there are mostly buckets and the furniture that they do have in there is so old, ripped and stained it looks like they pulled it out of the dumpster. Only reason I came here is because my kitty had an upset stomach and made a mess on our bedspread which I needed a large capacity washer for, otherwise I wash at home. Another thing the guy that seems to be the attendant hacks up phlegm all day long...pretty gross for all the patrons to hear. I think I'll look for a nicer, better kept up place when my fur babies have accidents in the future.

Paul is a nice gentleman who goes out of his way to help you and he makes you feel like family!

It has cleaned up a lot. There's someone always there now if you need assistance and on certain days, drying is free. Best thing about this place, it's opened 24 hours.
