Standard storage locker place.  The location is in the south part of the town of Mt Shasta just off of the I5.  The roads in are paved but the areas around the building are not which means it gets muddy in the winter.  Also after a snowstorm, I could get to the building but had trouble accessing my locker.  The place is semi secure as you can't drive into the place after hours but you can still walk down to the lockers from the main gate which is nice if you need to get something after hours.
