I have been being treated poorly by an employee for weeks. When I tried to file a complaint, the “post master” wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say and before I could tell her what was happening she cut me off and began to defend and lie about the employee. She refused to allow me to make a formal complaint and is now refusing to deliver my mail and is refusing to allow me to pick up my mail. If I could give them no stars I would!

They seem to have their own rules. Would not forward my package over the phone.

The postmaster was completely unreasonable and unprofessional in the case of two of my packages so far. I filed a complaint with the USPS and I am awaiting a response. Instead of handling my important daily business I have to take the time to deal with his baseless unreasonable personal standards in order to do business through his office. This is very disturbing

they refused to deliver my mail to my apartment then lied and said they just stopped delivering when they had mail from December 21st and when I picked up my mail they were beyond rude
