Personal attention and careful detail work are hallmarks of this print, mail and fax business. They do custom printing and binding, FedEx/UPS, and also have cute tchotchkes for sale. Occasionally the line has a short backup due to the ebb and flow of traffic into the store, but the alert employees are efficient and friendly.

We were generously greeted upon entering. I went straight for the 99 cent cards knowing that's all we were there for. A man walked in behind us for a print off of their computer. The guy working started helping him so I got my money ready and started waiting patiently. I then heard a ladies voice behind the counter start in on their conversation. I eyed an older lady sitting in the back, wondering if there are three people working why is no one helping me?? All three of them continued talking without even acknowledging me. NOT THE FIRST TIME I have left this place frustrated. I guess customer service isn't their priority.

The new management haas impressed me. They corrected mistakes on the print job I left and gave me their "new and improved" options for free. Every job since has been equally above and beyond. 
The store looks and feels so much better. I look forward to my next time there.
Oh, yeah, a great bargain, too!
