Reviews

Hard to enter gate code unless driver get off from vehicle. No light is found in my unit and it will be dark to find something during winter time.
Except these, area is maintained very clean.

I was in a rush to get a unit for the next day because I had to make an immediate emergency move and really needed a place to store my valuable items. I had been to several others that day with no luck. The problem was that I really wanted a place that was clean, friendly and reasonable priced. I called and spoke with a lady name Sarah. She took the time and patience to explain all of my storage options over the phone. She was very courteous and helpful and made me feel like she really wanted to help. I told her I would come right over and upon arrival she immediately made me feel very comfortable and that I was in the right place. The office was very clean and cool inside. Sarah was very nice and took the time to help me find the right size unit and price. I also met Todd who was also nice and helpful. She went over all the prices with me and found me a great price ($1/2 off move in for the first month)!!! This is exactly what I was looking for!!! Man she was "Awesome!!!" I had no idea that I would be treated so nice and helpful during a time when I needed it most and when I was really stressed out and was getting to the point where I thought I was running out of time and would just have to take anything for any price. Not to mention the property and the storage was very clean. That made me feel really comfortable. This is when I knew that I was in the right place. Guys I've dealt with other Storage facilities before as being in the military and moving several times throughout my career. Sarah, Todd and this place is a great place to rent from, you will not be disappointed and will receive awesome customer service and satisfaction.

I walked in with a problem, and 10 minutes latter, I walked out with a solution. They explained my options, helped me through it all. 
Extremely knowledgeable, and the smiles will blind you.

Excellent storage facility. Our non-profit dog rescue group needed a place to store event supplies. We at first had selected a 5' x 5' unit that turned out to be way too small to hold our stuff. A-1 immediately accommodated us with a larger unit the same day. We wound up renting a ground floor, drive-up outdoor 10' x 10' unit, which suited our needs just fine. The rental rate was affordable, and the hours of access generous. We no longer need to do public events, so it follows that we no longer need the unit. But it served its purpose great for us for the 4 years we rented it.  Wonderful helpful staff, clean premises. Convenient central location for Orange County; close to the 405, 91, 5, 605 and 22 Freeways! Highly recommended.

I love this place. Todd was very helpful, professional and worked with me when I forgot to give proper notice before vacating.  He waived any fees, even though my lease said he could charge me.  When I need another storage unit, I will return because this A-1 location felt safe and was very well run.  So easy to rent and then vacate.
