When you are looking for a company that truly cares about you and your furniture, you should definitely call American moving storage services. Not only did I feel at ease but they are very professional with all their services. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Our move time was guaranteed between 330 and 430 today. It's now 6 PM and no movers. They called and asked if they could do it tomorrow (Sunday) .. I'm Mormon so we don't do commerce on Sundays. Guy promised the movers would be here today. Looks like it's not happening.

Horrible. Do NOT use this company. They bait and switch you. They should not be in business. They quote you one price and then when they do show up, which was 2 hours late, they say they need another person for another $29 an hour. Plus we were quoted a 26 foot truck and they did not show up with that so they said they would have to make 2 trips. Also they said they wanted to be paid up front on their estimate of what it would cost to move. I told them I have never done that with any other moving company. The man said he would go call his supervisor and he left and never came back. He left us hanging. I tried calling the company and only got a recording and NEVER a call back. They are a rip off company and should not be in business. I have read other reviews on Yelp about them and the reviews of them are similar to mine. They are a scam and my recommendation is to NOT use them.

STOP! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have so many bad things to say about this company and the guy who says he's the owner, that there are not enough hours in the day to tell you all of it. So, here's the meat and potatoes of it all. Whatever you read in the reviews is true! We made the mistake of not looking at Yelp before we hired this guy. Boy, what a mistake. He violates every professional code of conduct, transportation law, ethical behavior you can name. REALLY!! He damaged our things beyond repair. There is no strapping down or padding of anything. The guys that work for him or absolute idiots! Overcharging, bait and switch, taking advantage of his customers, anything and everything is wrong!! If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. RUN! RUNAWAY!!
