I have had the best exsprince here I don't know how people have had a bad exsprince but I'll i can say is the manger treats u with respect and in my dealings with I have had be honed awesome customer service because of the manger thanks so much for ur service I hope more people see it

As the others it was awful and deserve zero stars. Due to records and lack of records I suspect the company stole or covered for those who stole from our unit. The rude old couple is now gone. I wonder why? 
That video surveillance to protect your things? It only lasts nine days and it's deleted. Of course they fixed it really fast when we reported everything to the police. 
****if you have a unit there check on your stuff! **** ours wasn't obvious at first and we thought we were forgetting getting rid of stuff until we found half of it gone. At first it was box here or there. 
Needless to say we're researching to find a legit place to go.
