Had unit for 5 yrs never late on payment. No problems until August & discovered the unit was leaking from the back left corner. Leaked enough at some point there was water standing at least a 1 1/2 inch deep. ALL of my furniture has water lines. Management was extremely rude on phone. (Tammy) Denied any liability because I didnt carry on site insurance. I have pictures of all the damage, pics showing water obviously rain down the back wall, holes in the roof round the screws & pics showing unit was not even close to keeping the weather out. Rude, unprofessional management & very poorly maintained property. More.than happy to show pictures.

I wouldn't use them for anything!!! There will not work with you if you fall behind.they don't let you make a payment plan if you would fall behind!! They are just rude and could care less about there customers .when your family had rented from them for over 13 years.
