Terrible business. The old man Charlie and the rude old woman Judy are very unprofessional and they don't have their business very well organized. Not to mention some of my belongings were damaged due to a leaking roof. If I can give you one piece of advice...don't ever use them.

horrible! absolutely horrible. the customer service is unbelievable. The gentleman on site is very nice, the elderly lady is extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. I am very disappointment. unfortunately I must continue to use their facility as I live out of state, but I am in awe that a company can be ran with associates such as this.

Rented at the Republic ABC Mini storage from March to August 2015. Most of the contents will have to be going to the dump because with the rain back in June I guess everything sat in standing water and is now ruined and/or completely covered in mold. When told about this they simply replied with "read your rental agreement" - they don't cover that. Also, they aren't tech-savvy enough to do standard billing so you have to simply remember what day you start renting on and remember to call them to pay your bill each month. If you forget, they lock the unit up even though they don't send a bill, email or call to remind the billing date or amount. 

Not a well run, maintained or secure place to store. Go ahead and pay the couple extra dollars per month for a more reputable establishment.

I rented a unit for one month due to a move and when we went to pick up our stuff there what water damage due to a hole in the roof. I called them and they said that I would have to pay for it because they are not responsible for the damages. This was not due to a flood or from hail this was due to the fact that there roof had holes in it. Do not do business with these crooked people. My 1500 dollar mattress is ruined and they will not pay for it.
