There is no other realty company in Bakersfield that I would go to when looking to purchase a home! I just recently purchased a home & I couldn’t of done it without Abel, his compassion, kindness, and all around expertise of the business made this very long process seem not as stressful as it could of been. I am a single mom who was looking for a home for my family and Abel stood by me and always had my best interest at heart and made sure I was not settling for just any house, he wanted to insure that I would be in a forever home that I would be safe and comfortable in to raise my son and take care of my elderly aunt. Abel is patient and will find you a home not just a house to get you in so he can collect a check, he’s passionate about what he does and cares for his community and let me just say him & his staff know their stuff! I can’t say enough great things A & A Realty. Abel Ramos did an amazing job showing us houses and being extremely informative throughout the entire process. His responsiveness with communication was quick and professional. If you’re looking to buy a home in the greater Bakersfield area look no further than A & A Realty.

Abel and his team went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. I gave him specific items of what kind of home I was looking for. I was searching online and found nothing near to what I was looking for. After talking with Abel, just once, he found me four homes “to the T” of what I was looking for and within days. The last home I seen, I fell in love with. He even abliged me by showing it to me multiple times. We ended up going in to escrow when I was out of state and he took care of everything for me. I don’t think I could’ve had any other first time experience with any other realtor. I still recommend him to everyone I know whether they are buying or selling. I love my new home and so does my family. I couldn’t ask for a better blessing. Thank God for Abel... Five stars!!!

Abel was great! He was tentative, knowleagle, and "went the extra mile". He sold my house while I was out of state and he took great leadership by informing me on everything that was happening, answered all my questions right away, and even did house touch up fixes. I felt I got the best deal I could selling my house and I truly believe it's because I had Abel on my side.

Abel is by far the most knowledgeable and hardest working realtor you will find - we found our dream home and sold our previous home in 4 weeks with minimum stress. He absolutely knows his stuff,  and stays on top of every aspect of buying and selling so you never have to worry about a thing.  He is a dream to work with - I seriously cannot recommend him enough.  He is a class act all the way.
