I live in Texas and had to sell our former home in Bakersfield CA. I was unable to get back to California so I needed to find a well established and trusted agent. I used Google search and titled my search "Best selling real estate agent in Kern county" and I was directed to Robert and Dawn Morris of Watson Realty ERA. They helped through the process tirelessly and went well beyond what I had expected. These two are true professionals and lived up to the title, "Best selling real estate agent in Kern county" A million thanks to the both of them and I highly recommend them for your Real estate needs.

We have both Purchased and Sold different properties in Bakersfield, CA with Robert and Dawn in the past few years and could not recommend them enough. They have lots of local experience and we always felt like we were in good hands with them even while selling from another state. Email signing of documents makes things quick and easy. Dawn will keep in touch via email and give updates weekly if not more often as the selling/buying process completes. Even with unforeseen issues we were able to count on them to get the job complete. Highly Recommended!

Robert and Dawn have been our realtors for over 7 years. We have purchased three houses through them and each time has been a wonderful experience. For our last purchase, we were on a tight schedule to find a home after ours sold. Robert and Dawn worked so hard to find us the perfect house. They listened to what we wanted and showed us houses that fit for us. They also walked us through the purchasing process. They were also quick to respond and kept us informed during the whole process. They even worked out the sale of our home and purchase of our new home closing early, so we could move in easily. For our future real estate needs, we will always use Robert and Dawn!
