My experience has been very good. The employees were helpful during the application process and during the moving in details. All maintenance has been handled promptly and efficiently. I really like that there are multiple ways to get ahold of someone and the management is very knowledgeable of current laws and regulations for housing. If and when we need to move, we will be checking through Watson again.

Awesome, Robert Morris is very professional, down to earth. Robert was always there to answer any questions or concerns. Over all, i recommend Watson realty. Ask for Robert Morris he won't let you down.

We just moved from San Antonio TX, and have had one problem after another with other rental agencies, the staff at Watson Realty on Camino Media have been WONDERFUL! Callee was able to get us into a beautiful house with our pups and kids in less than 48 hrs! They have been helpful and polite throughout the whole process! 10 out of 10; I highly recommend this company!!

This place is a scam they beat you out your money lie to you stop answering your calls.they are so rude.Aruan Patel for a House in Boron I sent him the 30dollars to run the credit he said I did not get the place I believe cause I'm black .I sent 15 peoples with Good crefit to see if they can get a place from him all paid 30 dollars all was black all was Denied.This Company is so sad the way they treat in beat people's out there money but God is watching all the wrong they do and they would have to answer to God.this company will not be around to much longer.God is going to take care of them...

BEWARE of Watson Realtor Cindy Gilligan Armstrong. She is dishonest and does not keep her word. She was my realtor for the sale of my house. She told me when she listed my house that more realtors would show my house if I brought their commission  up to 6% from 5%. She then informed me that if I would do that she would give me $1000 after escrow closed. She now refuses to pay me the money.

I WOULD FIND A DIFFERENT REALTOR AS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT BELIVE THE CLIENT COMES FIRST. THEY BACK THEIR REALTORS NO MATER WHAT.
