A Agency, the place where you can't get a hold of anyone for days then when you do a rude woman answers the phone, tells you that you can't cancel your insurance policy over the phone, you have to come to the office and then hangs up on you mid sentence. Go to office the next day, nicer woman tells me I should have canceled over the phone and now they have to charge me ten dollars! Seriously?!
