My family experienced the strangest reaction when ordering flowers from A Basket of Flowers & Gifts for a funeral.  We were told to "get in line, there are four bodies ahead of you."  We were sickened and angered by the insensitivity of the response at this very sad time in our lives.  I don't understand the callousness.  So uncalled for, so unkind.

My son's funeral service was last Wednesday. We received flowers from relatives in Little Rock and after 3 days I had to throw out 90% of them. You should be ashamed.
