The guy who I call for a ride came to my house, called to let me know he was there. As I'm getting the call I look in my driveway and no one was there. Called back and he had already left. He was extremely rude to me. He said " I call and if you don't answer then I leave". He hadn't even left my subdivision. Thanks Matt for being disrespectful towards me. I explained that I opened the door while getting the call and never saw anyone. Then he hung up. Will never call this company again and I will never refer anyone to this company. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Great cab service! Jeff picked us up on the side of the road when my car broke down, when we were on vacation. He got us back to our hotel, and was so very nice. He even recommended a great mechanic. Jeff knows Gulf Shores, Foley, and Orange Beach. He arrives fast, his cabs are clean, and I highly recommend him!!!

I was in town for a couple of days and needed a ride to the airport, I called A Better Cab and Jeff was my driver. He showed up on time and was super friendly, he even gave me some suggestions for places to go the next time I was in town. I will definitely be using them again. Great experience!

Drinking with just girls can be scary to think about how you all are getting home. Most cab drivers can be total jerks and creeps. Our cab driver was AMAZING!!! He was so sweet and caring last night. I saved A Better Cab's number and will only call them from here on out!! Thanks for the great service and making sure we all got home safe!!
