Buyer beware driver could not open door, could not hear, did not know where to go, jerky driving and really sudden stops.  Vehicle was in sad shape!

Called for a cab and they said 10-15 mins. That's fine no problem. So 30 mins go by, no cab.! I'm still not upset i just call back and ask how much longer. The dispatcher gets an attitude and then she says "well the driver is still on a roundtrip so it'll be about 20 more mins." You shouldn't be the one upset hell I should. You could've said that from the beginning instead of having me wait.!
