A.C. Petersen Farms is a family style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and our delicious ice cream desserts. We serve breakfast all day! We are famous for our ice cream and our hand whipped heavy cream. Our milkshake was voted "Best in Connecticut". Visit us for a delicious meal or an ice cream treat!

Big pancakes. Homemade ice cream, chocolate milk, family feel. Super nice servers. Very quiet but gets very busy. Everything I've ordered has been great from salads to wraps to wings n sandwiches.

It's really the best diner in the area. I've had breakfast, dinner, and ice cream here. It's all good every time I've been. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a casual place that's reasonably priced, open late, and has great food.

The restaurant is clean and fairly well kept. The food was serviceable but simple fare, except for the desserts -- which are pretty good with a wide selection!

The only real compliant we had was that the service was slow. My wife and I came in at dinner time with the kids, and the place wasn't packed. We still ended up with a 5-6 minutes wait at the front door for a greeting (tho to thier credit after that we got sat immediately) and then we had a nearly nonexistent waitress after our food was in hand. This isn't too terrible for an average meal goer, but with small children, this kind of hands off service can be disastrous.

Overall, I'd say if you're in the area you should give it a shot, especially if you are interested the mood for ice cream and don't have anywhere to be in a hurry.

Very nice old style Burger/ice cream shop. Went there twice and was not disappointed with the staff. Menu options are good enough to get something different each visit.

Good Eating Environment To Eat & Relax , I Always Come Here For The Ice Cream. Which Is Good 🍦👍🏾 However, I Haven’t Eaten A Meal Here Before But I Plan On Doing So.
