I've had several sets of suits and dress pants come back pressed with multiple lines along the crease of the pants. My pants and suits now have "railroad tracks" running up and down the entire length of the pants. The clothes were cleaned adequately.

Everytime I come here, not only is everyone extremely nice and knowledgeable, but my clothes always come back perfect. I have used their same day services many times with promptness. I have also had them fix a few items of clothing, from replacing entire coat linings to reattaching buttons. I've only once had an issue where they had sewn a button onto my jacket through the pocket, but once I notified them they fixed it quickly and at no charge.

My best experience with A Cleaner World was when the owner came out to meet me (someone he has never met or heard of) well after hours when I had forgotten to pick up my (at the time) boyfriends suit. It was 100% my fault, but he helped me tremendously. My boyfriend wore the suit that weekend to propose! The owner would not take a penny over what I owed for cleaning services no matter how hard I tried. This company really cares for it's patrons and in my experience will go above and beyond for every single one of them.
