They either change their recipe or they have someone new making the Siopao, it's dry & crumbly. If I would have known this was going to be the product that I purchased today, I would have never bought 12 of them. For future reference this place is typically pretty good, but if you are going to buy this particular product I highly suggest you buy one and ask them to warm it up in the microwave and sample it before you buy a bulk amount like I did.

Best lumpia around, they sell them frozen in big bags. They also have a nice selection of hot food, the steamed buns are especially good.
