Be very careful as to how you sign for a shipment.  They are only responsible for wrapped skids, not pieces or the contents thereof.  If your shipment happens to be short material, they will not be responsible for that material, as long as the skid is wrapped, and regardless if the BOL indicates how many boxes or pieces should be in the shipment.  Of course, the skid can be shrink wrapped again prior to delivery, thus absolving them of any potential claims.  I would not recommend this company for your shipping needs.

Just took in a delivery from this company. STAY AWAY!! I had a heavy duty grill (300 lbs) delivered from Texas to Maryland. The company sent only one driver who was clearly unable to unload it by himself. He  broke the wooden pallet while trying to unload, so the grill was stuck on one side. He requested me to help get it off the truck and in return I requested him to help me with taking the grill out of the pallet, since he was responsible for breaking it in the first place. After I helped him get it off the truck, he claimed that he needed to "talk to his supervisor" and got into his truck and just drove off!! I almost injured my back trying to get the wheel unstuck. I would give them less than one star of it were possible. Extremely poor customer service.

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES, by FAR the worst customer service I have to deal with, on top of waiting for two hours for delivery PICK UP from the terminal, the ignorance of the personal is unbelievable.

Terrible customer service, damaged our shipment and denied the claim due to us reporting it 6 days after (concealed damage) when they say their limit is 5 days.  Refused any level of flexibility despite the clear negligence.
