They do not honor their quotes and actually inflated my quote by $1100 after i was told in August 2017 to call them in January 2018 and make a reservation, that they would quote me January's rates to move from MD. to NV. Which turned out to be a flat lie when i called three days before the new year to confirm my quote for a studio with no furniture. I was given a summer quote and not a winter quote even though i was reserving in the winter season. Two words for this company that does BAD BUSINESS!

I loved using U-Pack for my move from Baltimore to San Diego.  The cube was delivered and picked up as scheduled.  The guys at U-Pack and ABF were extremely nice and professional.  I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Worked smoothly for my first cross-country move.  When they pick up and drop off the cube, the guy with the pitchfork calls you and you can tell them exactly where to put the cube. It looks like some water did get into the cube by the front door - I had a suit in a bag just inside the door which appears to have water damage.  Probably I should have not put it there, but I will dry clean it and see if it's recoverable.

My husband and I moved from U.S.A to Canada. As you can imagine, this was a daunting move to plan. But using U-Pack/ABF Freight saved us a lot of money, and just as important, made the move easy. The professionals in both America and Canada at U-Pack guided us on which customs documents to fill, and how. The costs were exactly as quoted. The shipment reached well in time. Everything was coordinated flawlessly and with great efficiency.
