Third time scheduling for delivery.  They no showed the first 2 appointments.  We paid people to wait for the delivery for 8 hours of pay now.  No supervisors are available to speak with ever.  The people on the phone can't make anything happen.  Worst delivery service ever.

Tried to have my very expensive package delivered multiple times now. So instead of them shipping it, I will now drive and pick it up myself. Also, I never received a single phone call from them to let me know what is going on. The only useful person is Mike.

Horrible. We Scheduled Pickup early today. nothing out of Normal Business as usual. its 7:24 PM, five phone calls later and still show. the final answer i get it they came and it was IMPROPER PACKAGING. ARE You kidding me? I ask Customer Service to put me with a manager and you know what he says? Let Me try to call him. "Ops Sorry no answer" Then he asked me what i want him to do? were Talking UPS Freight here, not some mom and POP Organization. wow LEAD BY EXAMPLE!! this Manager gets a E for Effort. what a great strong company with POOR Weak Management and Employees who follow. This is totally a sad and pitiful Situation.

schedules delivery 3 times but did not show. When I complained, the woman was very rude.
