I went to get insurance coverage for my vehicle at A-Friend in Pioneer Grand Prairie.  The agent's customer service was very rude.  He open a policy on a wrong  car which is my husband's instead of my car.  When l advised the agent that he registered the wrong car he did not apologize but went on to accuse me of giving him wrong information yet it was entirely his mistake.  The agent argued with me in front of other customers.  Instead he insulted me as well as my husband who had accompanied me.   He said he can not correct the mistake.   He cancelled the insurance and turned me away without offering me any alternative.  His manager was there, he assisted in canceling the policy which the agent had wrongly opened to make peace as this agent could not hold his temper.

The customer service via phone is very unprofessional. Rep continously interrupt me as I was trying to educate her of my auto insurance needs. To inform her that I have a quote reference # in which has all the information she needs to move forward. Had she not been so rude and unprofessional therected wouldn't have been a reason to ask me for information that was already provided.. Hopefully she doesn't assist customer in this manner..
Customer Service is really horrible.
