Seriously! Sad that my phone calls are never answered especially during office hours!  Wow.  And when I'm able to go in there is always a long wait.  Definitely need better employees or training on customer service! Disappointed

I waited at least about 40 min, Then they Quoted me with a $125 a month for LIABILITY ONLY AND $240 DEPOSIT...HMMM REALLY!!!  No thank you, I actually told them that with another Insurance company was only $60 a month the only reason I didn't wanted to go to them it was because it was in Garland and he told Insurance went up and He actually stated that it was a good price .... Today I went to  my old Insurance which is LOPEZ INSURANCE  and they only charge me $72 a month and $80 Deposit HUGE DIFFERENCE ... I'M SO upset, they try to reap you off at this place if any one needs Insurance go to LOPEZ INSURANCE (CARMEN) was so helpful in every way!
