I love this store! It's perfect for affordable professional wear that's also really cute! You'll the the best dressed person in the office! I also love the shoes, and dresses for going out! :) I'm an extra small, and at times they don't have pants that fit my size, but most of the small sizes do fit well.  Definitely my go to store!!

I purchased a pretty purple velvet dress with gold buttons on it for my daughter to wear to a Quinceanera. Six of the gold buttons started falling off before she had a chance to wear the the dress. My daughter had torn off the tags because she expected to wear the dress not knowing the buttons would fall off.  I called the Houston store in Galleria and spoke with the manager Maria, who informed me that because the tags were torn off there is nothing she can do. Ive been shopping at A'Gaci for over 7yrs. And now that my daughter is of age she shops there. However, the clothes are very poorly made now and the customer service is very poor as well. I will not be shopping there anymore.

I agree with every one star rating. All I needed to do was a simple exchange. Tags on the item. Original bag with a receipt. But in my haste to get out the house I left my I.d. Jasper refused to do the exchange. I didn't want my cash back all I wanted was a simple exchange. So I had to travel across town and come back and hope he doesn't come up with something else to keep me from doing a simple transaction. Customer service would dictate the statement "Our policy is. . . however I will make an exception and do it this time." It was beyond obvious I am not a regular customer. I am a senior citizen and was dressed like an office professional trying to save my daughter some steps. Do my question is what do u do with all the young people who come through there without I.d.'s cause they are too young to have one. Never will they get a dime of my money. Horrible experience. First and last.

HORRIBLE guest service, managers change up the return/exchange policy as they please. Also not worth the low prices, because very low quality clothing.

Don’t even answer the phone..called like 20 times within 2 hrs..not customer services.. I work in customer services and this is considered unprofessional..I could of been CEO of Agaci and no one even tried to answer the phone..y’all need some new dedicated workers..bet 9 out of 10 they sitting right in front of the phone talking and playing on their cell phones..
