It has everything you need from high end to luxury brands.  The last act section is the biggest in Houston.  You can find many great sales here.  Service is slow but once you manage to grab a hold of someone, they are friendly and attentive.   Parking garage is indoor.

This is a very nice and large Macy's. Great selection of dresses. Finding things on sale and clearance can be a chore digging through the sale racks. I don't love that the store is designed with clothes grouped by designer for the most part, but I understand why they do it and it is probably convenient for shoppers with brand preferences. I usually park in the red garage, and as long as it's not a peak time haven't had trouble finding parking.

Worst of the worst return experience at the home/kitchen Department. The cashier was like a pysco singing and whistling and at the same time explaining how she cannot accept return. The only reason she could not accept the return because box was open! Not even once, I used the slow cooker. 

Called the lost case manager... The guy was even more useless than the Associate. What a waste of my time, money and energy

I love Amazon for a reason.

Parking sucks! I turned around and left! If they wonder why sales drop this is it. It was a waste of my time and I’ll find the items online cheaper I’m sure and not have to pay tax. Online the only way to go.

Very bad service in ladies shoe department! Everything else has priority to customers specially if you are a returning/exchanging customer. I will do my shopping from other stores in the future. 

After what I wrote I must correct it, I got a very good service. The best shop to shop in.
