Was just in to exchange a pair of pants I got for Christmas for a different size. The exact pants were no longer in the store so the ladies working suggested to return my pants and order the correct size online with the money from the return. I am not tech savvy at all. The ladies working  did it all for me and were so helpful. They really took their time to help me out even though they were busy.

Good decent sales here.   The store is spacious.   The lineup at the check out is way too long and it is moving at a slow pace.  The staff here is not attentive, it's like they don't give a hoot.  The change room is not clean. Seems like nobody cares here.

Inventory was thrown about and difficult to find, like a teenage boy’s bedroom. Staff was inattentive and unknowledgeable. I was surprised that the Galleria location was this sloppy. You’re better off shopping online. Don’t waster your time here .

I’ve had the worst experience there due to one employee (Her name was Adriana). She was so rude and you don’t get a good vibe from talking to her, she acts fake. She’s rude to her employees in front of customers and I don’t know how you can call someone like that a “manager”. The employees look miserable when they’re around her. I would give this place 0 stars if I could because of her. Also, she acts like she runs the place.
