Wow! Pricey compared to what I am used to but very worth it. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. You automatically get stew, salsa and BBQ beans-very tasty. The decor is very old west. They happened to be filming for Little Women of Los Angeles and we saw some of the cast! Definitely want to go back and have the same as it was so good and hard to decide as there were so many menu choices. Bread, special potatoes and a choice of 3 desserts all included.

Our meal was excellent. The service was great, the prices--especially for what you get (the portions were large; we ended up taking a lot home...our server even added to it)--reasonable; the ambience is rustic (though I'm not a fan of the taxidermy--and there's a lot and in magnificent size as well). Overall, a wonderful evening.

I thought the prices were kind of high, but portions were enormous.  They serve a beef soup appetizer (complimentary) that was more like a stew. Very hearty and delicious! We sat in the bar and service was excellent. Fun, western decor.  Conveniently located near Hwy 101 on the road to Solvang.

The prices of a dinner may seem a bit expensive, but the meal portions are huge.  A half-rack of ribs can feed two people easily.  You get a kettle of beef stew, salad, your meal and choice of dessert included in the price.  The atmosphere is western for sure, really nice stay and the food was excellent.  I had a friend who had the steak, he loved it.

The price is not cheap, but soup, salad, drink and sides are included, and they taste good! Me and my mom ordered a 12 oz top sirloin, (medium is a little bit over cooked), the amount is too much that we can't even finish the potatoes. Recommended for family.
