The best part of our excursion on the California Coastal Cruise with Princess. We came back on board with A HUGE box of pastries, but the Bear Claw was both our favorites. Packed with almond paste and a buttery, flaky outside. YUMMY!

As EXCELLENT as ever. The BUTTER RING is still as good as it has been since coming here as a kid 60 years ago. Carl Jr & his son Thomas definitely have a winning combination of hard work and famous family recipes. Bravo!

Great bakery for Danish pastries, cookies and baked items. Seat inside or outside for some tea and sandwiches and sweets. For some people watching

We had the Strawberry Danish and Blueberry Danish here! We were given a table to eat this fresh tasty treat, and it hit the spot. Bought the Swedish Limpa bread here, and the bakery gives you the option to have the loaf sliced. Great place! We'll definitely revisit Birkholm's :)

Every time I go to Solvang my sister's and I go to Birkholm's Bakery!! The best pasteries EVER!!!❤ The staff are very friendly and helpful.👍 Solvang is a great place to visit, everyone in the family will love it.❤
