I had my annual cleaning and films done. I go once a year and always have Holly as my dental hygienist. Dr. Frank came to due his exam and everything was good. I would recommended A Lifetime of Smiles whether you see Dr. Frank or Dr. Hoerner.

My little brother had a cavity and they said then were just going to put a silver cap on it. I was fine with it but 2 days later my brother is eating and chokes on the silver cap. I feel like he wasn't properly worked on and his tooth under the cap is all chopped up.

The staff are very professional and polite made me feel comfortable, and I didn’t feel pain while the dr was extracting my tooth...until the numbness wore off at home lol.  Very satisfied with the drs technique.

Dustin Steckler.. I have known Dr. Derik Hoerner at Lifetime of Smiles Dentistry in Bismarck ND for a long time and he has now been my wife and I's Dentist for 2 years.. When it comes to needing a talented, polite, personable, and professional Dentist, Dr. Derik is who I would go to and I tell all my friends and family to go to. Small locally owned and operated business and Dentist from small town North Dakota, so all around a great office with great people and great Dentist who gives you great care! Thank you Lifetime of Smiles and Dr. Derik

Wonderful, friendly and competent staff!  Holly, the hygienest was very gentle and skilled. I think Dr Tony is the best dentist I have ever had. They checked everything out and communicated things to me as well- which I really appreciate- since they are my teeth!  Completely satisfied .
