First time at the Dental Suite yesterday. They called me back in a decent amount of time from checking in, its a wonderful environment with great Staff. They have the top of the line equipment and the patient chairs are so comfortable! They heat up and massage your back to your liking! I am so far happy with switching over to the dental suite.
I am the type of person that in the event I am early but they are running behind. I would personally love a phone call ahead of time stating that it might be a little later so I could work around my time off from work scheduling.

First time going to the Dental Suite and I have to say that the staff and the dentists here are on point! From beginning to end I felt at ease while I had my exams. Dr. Nick is a pretty chill guy; he walks you through the entire process from start to finish and asks for your input as well. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this place to anyone! I actually look forward to coming in again, even all the way from Harvey!

The front office seemed a little out of sync. I had filled out forms and left a copy of my insurance when I set up my initial appointment. When I came in for my initial appointment the office staff asked for things they already had on file. Maybe they weren't used to people filling out forms early. Otherwise they were very professional and friendly. My hygienist was very good. She was professional, friendly and explained everything well. The dentist was also very professional and friendly. I just moved to Bismarck and I will recommend the Dental Suite to others.

I had a pleasant experience today, for a check up. The real stuff starts on Thursday.  :D
