Been a customer with A plus for many years and I can say that this is the first time that the Management is on point. Excellent service and customer service oriented. The property is always cleaned and top notch and I am satisfied with the service I’ve received. Keep up the great work and don’t stop. 5 Stars the cream of the crop!

I don't usually take time to write a review but I know it is easier to complain than to applaud and I really must applaud A PLUS STORAGE for hiring such a friendly and customer service driven staff!!! Chris and Alyssa are absolutely wonderful! I am a very difficult customer that is hard to please and they went the extra mile for me to make sure I was satisfied with my unit after having rented a smaller one. They were friendly and not bothered with all the extra paperwork involved. There is not enough I can say about them. I will be a loyal customer for years to come if I continue needing storage space. Thank you!

Chris & Alyssa have ALWAYS been not only courteous but Chris go out of his way to be helpful , an example taking the boxes out to the car & placing them in the back seat for me. These are the kind employees everyone should be looking to be hire and then promote them in the company so they can teach other the proper way & manner of obtaining and keeping customers. Never honored the $1 for first month promo. Ridiculous $20 late fee for being 2 days late despite signing up for auto pay. Staff is rude. Their prices are low because they are gonna get with the late fees don’t waste your time here.
