Although the team is courteous and friendly, the temperature kept is too high at this warehouse. Used four bags of damp-rid I changed every month. I eventually had to move my stuff to another "climate control" facility that keeps it under an acceptable temperature. Public Storage also raised my rent after a few months and found a lower rate elsewhere.

Natalia was very helpful in helping me decide which size unit was the best suited for my needs, I came into the store trying to decide which unit was right for me and she gave me a tour of the units available, answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, resolved issues with billing, and even called me back to follow up. Excellent customer service and facility!

Excellent customer service from Natalia, she was very professional and attentive to my needs. I recommend this place, clean and easy to access.
