Not the worst, not the best.  They make you load your trailer and do a very bad job at stacking the freight on the pallet.   I recommend you ask them for wrap so you can secure the pallets better or else they will tip when you try to load them.   Happened to me, pain in the rear end.  
Not a terrible place though, you pick whatever door you want as long as it is open.  I think you can use doors 1-11.

My delivery experience.  Broker told me, PLEASE  be on time,  your appointment is for 9am. I came 8:30. They told me, we will call you, wait. So far 6 hours of waiting.
