I have used a New Leaf for years and always appreciate the customer service and quality arrangements at a reasonable price.

Was able to walk in right away, request a simple piece for a funeral, forist made it for me in no time at all and looked absolutely gorgeous.  Great and friendly service. Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

I was very disappointed in the size of the arrangement sent.  I usually send flowers using 1-800-Flowers, but thought I would try a local small business instead.  The bouquet sent was an embarrassment.  I will go back to 1-800-Flowers.

Had flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday.  She loves the flowers and they do look good, however they are not what I ordered.  This always drives me nuts that they get away with doing this.  I understand they have their little disclaimer saying they may have to substitute, but other companies I've ordered from have at least called or emailed me to let me know.  It's just so frustrating when you pick something out then the person sends you a picture and it's completely different.  They may as well just have an option for flowers at different prices with no pictures cause you have no idea what they'll actually give you.

I added pictures of what I ordered and received, check them out before ordering anything.

I requested AM delivery on Valentines day, which they were unable to fulfill. If what I asked for was in doubt, I feel I should have been told and/or offered the option of paying a premium. When I called back the next day upset about my delivery, they not only refunded my purchase they insisted on delivering the flowers anyway. That was a welcome surprise.
